great rooftop experience
comfortable bedfresh towelsamazing view
i stayed for a few nights. the super king-size bed was comfortable, i slept well. fresh towels was daily and the room was cleaned to a high standard. i found the rooftop 360 terrace provided the most amazing city views, day and night.
i noticed the local area doesn't look the best, so i was a bit cautious walking around alone at night.

The rooftop terrace had a bar with a good selection of drinks. I enjoyed the skyline while i was drinking. there is a small pool available, i saw several guests using it during the day.

Breakfast was in the b-lounge. there was a good varied selection of food and drinks. i found the food fresh and well presented daily, and very delicious. I enjoyed every meal.

the rooftop bar featured really good views. the location allowed easy access to many restaurants. the staff addressed any concerns immediately. the hotel had a convenient location close to transport options!
the immediate neighborhood around the hotel was slightly unsafe at night. i encountered some loitering individuals near the entrance. this situation caused some concern.

i found the check-in to be super quick. i received a welcome glass of cava, a nice start. the location offers convenient access to buses. i also appreciated the ease of walking to various destinations from the hotel.
the hotel did not handle a problem with the air conditioning very well. they did not perform the necessary maintenance. it was unprofessional.

amazing viewdust issuesinattentive staff
the rooftop deck provided an amazing view of the city, which met my expectations for a scenic spot.
I found the cleanliness to be lacking. There were dust everywhere. also, the staff was not very responsive when i reported issues. they need to improve their cleaning protocols and staff attentiveness.
