great rooftop experience
comfortable bed fresh towels amazing view
i stayed for a few nights. the super king-size bed was comfortable, i slept well. fresh towels looked daily and the room was cleaned to a high standard. i found the rooftop 360 terrace provided the most amazing city views, day and night.
i noticed the local area doesn't look the best, so i was a bit cautious walking around alone at night.

The rooftop terrace had a bar with a good selection of drinks. I enjoyed the skyline while i was drinking. there is a small pool available, i saw several guests using it during the day.

Breakfast was in the b-lounge. there was a good varied selection of food and drinks. i found the food fresh and well presented daily, and very delicious. I enjoyed every meal.

excellent stay
really good views easy access immediate attention
the rooftop bar featured really good views. the location allowed easy access to many restaurants. the staff addressed any concerns immediately. the hotel had a convenient location close to transport options!
the immediate neighborhood around the hotel was slightly unsafe at night. i encountered some loitering individuals near the entrance. this situation caused some concern.

The room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room had modern decor and a comfortable bed. blackout curtains helped me sleep soundly. What a gift!

efficient room service varied breakfast blackout curtains
the hotel offered a fitness center with simple equipment. i appreciated the varied breakfast options including many choices. blackout curtains and an upper floor room ensured restful nights. room service was efficient with reasonable prices, and it delivered in under 30 minutes.
the area felt a bit dodgy at night.

modern room huge bed
the beautiful double was really modern. the bed felt huge. i was happy with the free water bottles every day and nespresso machine.
the modern room had a bath and shower. this area provided no privacy at all.

quick check-in welcome cava convenient access
i found the check-in to be super quick. i received a welcome glass of cava, a nice start. the location offers convenient access to buses. i also appreciated the ease of walking to various destinations from the hotel.
the hotel did not handle a problem with the air conditioning very well. they did not perform the necessary maintenance. it was unprofessional.

mixed feelings about location and cleanliness
dust issues inattentive staff
the rooftop deck provided an amazing view of the city, which met my expectations for a scenic spot.
I found the cleanliness to be lacking. There were dust everywhere. also, the staff was not very responsive when i reported issues. they need to improve their cleaning protocols and staff attentiveness.
